Helen Cojeen, our Head of the Child Care Department, recently gave the first of a number of Lectures on Care Proceedings
to students at Canterbury Christ Church University.
This was a part of a series of lectures to be given by invited solicitors and barristers.
Helen’s focus was on the ‘threshold criteria’ for the making of public law orders.
